Who we are
Dutchman Consulting Group LLC is a founder-led advisory practice in human capital and organizational consulting.
The firm is led by a PhD-level People Operations executive whose experience includes building and governing people systems at enterprise scale. That work spanned the full people-operations lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and the data and governance underneath them.
The founder also holds an M.S. in Strategic Human Resource Management, and a B.A. in Psychology, and is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). This combination of operational leadership, graduate research training, and formal HR credentialing informs the firm’s core conviction: people processes must be sound, well-documented, and well-governed before technology — including AI — is layered on top of them.
Established as a single-member LLC in July 2025, Dutchman Consulting Group works with organizations of every size — from very small organizations to large enterprises — to assess and strengthen their people operations and to adopt new technology with discipline, transparency, and care.
