Who we are
Dutchman Consulting Group LLC is a founder-led advisory practice in human capital and organizational consulting.
The firm is led by a Director-level People Operations executive whose experience includes building and governing people systems for an organization of more than 40,000 team members. That work spanned the full people-operations lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and the data and governance underneath them — at enterprise scale.
The founder holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Public Administration, an M.S. in Strategic Human Resource Management, and a B.A. in Psychology, and is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). This combination of operational leadership, graduate research training, and formal HR credentialing informs the firm’s core conviction: people processes must be sound, well-documented, and well-governed before technology — including AI — is layered on top of them.
Established as a single-member LLC in July 2025, Dutchman Consulting Group works with organizations of every size to assess and strengthen their people operations and to adopt new technology with discipline, transparency, and care.
